Hello everyone,

My name is Gabriel Gallardo. My interests include music, science, and computers.

This is not my first venture into blogging. I started my first blog in 2006. In fact, I used to host and produce my very own podcast until mid-2008 when the load of my schoolwork became too heavy to allow me to continue. In early-2009, I once again took up blogging when some of my friends also started to blog. Now, I blog to share my interests in music, computers, Star Trek, and also my life here as a student in Hong Kong. I stopped again for about 9 months to handle the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education exams, but now I'm back!

I am an avid musician. I self-taught myself to play the guitar, bass and piano, and I sing too. I enjoy listening to rock, blues, folk, and (occasionally) pop music from artists such as The Beatles, U2, Paul McCartney, ABBA, Jim Croce, Simon and Garfunkel, et al.

Every once in a while, I record a song that a particularly like. I do most of the instrumentation and arrangement myself. Sometimes, I get together with my friends and record songs. Some of these recordings and videos can be found here.
